Nobina Sverige AB is the largest public transport company in the Nordic region, operating buses and other public transport on behalf of regional actors in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Location: Lidköping (Skaraborg)
Who we are looking for: Bus Driver
Your responsibilities:
- Drive the bus safely, reliably, and in an environmentally friendly manner
- Provide good service to passengers so they feel welcome, informed, and safe throughout the journey
- Follow Nobina's guidelines regarding safety, punctuality, and communication
Requirements:
- Swedish language skills at an intermediate level (able to participate in everyday conversations, ask and answer common questions)
- Swedish Class D driver's license
- Ability to work irregular hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Safe, secure, and environmentally conscious driving style
- If you lack YKB (professional competence certificate), Nobina can often assist with this

- Service-oriented, social, and comfortable with customer contact
- Calm and stable in stressful situations and intense environments
- Flexible and adaptable to different schedules and passenger needs
- Responsible and committed to safety and sustainability

Important:
This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants have residence permits in Sweden but do not hold Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship.
